Introducing tha genZ Or igen

WHO IS GEN Z? 

     Imagine walking down on a busy city roads when you notice a teenager dressed in an oversized funky printed shirt , baggy jeans ,messy hair style, and some trendy accessories and sneakers.... Walking carelessly while listening to some Spotify playlist in branded headphones🎧.... Yehh u got me right, that's tha genZ - today's young generation-- if u observe furthermore... U will notice that while they meet their friends... They don't greet like businessman they do their unique handshakes (which are learned from insta reels🤭) cheerful and really energetic people

    Now you must got ideas about what genZ s are.... Let's dig deep into this and categories the age groups.... Here we will go with the Pew Research Center’s definitions. According to them, it's something like this:

• Baby Boomers: Born 1946 to 1964.

• Generation X: Born 1965 to 1980.

• Millennials: Born 1981 to 1996.

    Birth years for Gen Z and Generation Alpha are way blurrier but many put Gen Z at 1997 onwards and Generation Alpha at 2012s onwards.

Here are some defining characteristics that make the Gen-Z a unique, most diverse and smart generation:

1. The Z Generation is really good with technology.

Generation Z is known for being super comfortable with technology. We're called digital natives. You might have heard people joke that we're born with a built-in tech chip or something like that

let’s look at the reason why we are like that regarding India - common people in India first gained access to the internet on August 15, 1995. The government-owned Videsh Sanchar Nigam Limited (VSNL), now known as Tata Communications Ltd., launched the Gateway Internet Access Service and as we were just born at that time 

Internet became more popular in India between 2002 and 2010. This was the time when we were in schools. Our internet journey actually started when we got smartphone in our hands. Basically in collage life. (U must be well known of fact that Indian parents don't hand over the Androids to the school kids )
Further...nowadays AI era stared (trials stared at nov2022) and we use AI­­­­ in our daily life (even as a friend or an adviser) so yehh we are tech-savvy generation

2. Gen Zers are smart shoppers.

Generation Z's shopping habits reflect our values and the digital world we grew up in. We use our tech skills and social media to make informed purchase decisions.

We like to check out for several options and depends on reviews from regular people before making a decision. We trust real users more than celebrities and advertising.

3. Generation Z knows about privacy.

Have u ever heard us saying give me some space ( or don't distrub my vibe/ auora broo)....yehh we grew up knowing what's okay to share online and what's not. That's why we really care about our privacy.

It's one reason many Gen Zers have little interest in Facebook. We like social networks where we can control who sees our personal stuffs, like Instagram or Snapchat that can be more selective about whom to share with or show a certain image to a bigger audience.

4. Gen Zers like to start own businesses and do care about our future.

Another thing about us is that we really like to start our own businesses. Some of us ( not all) think we don't have to go to school for a good job..

Generation Z grew up in a world where we often feel unsure about money. We think about this when we plan for our future jobs.

The millennials were told to have big dreams and find exciting jobs that make them rich and happy. But sometimes, they felt sad when they realized these jobs. needed more than hard work.

Generation Z is more practical. We want to have our own companies and not have a boss. We know that running a business is a lot of work, especially with the internet. But we are ready for it because we think it's the best way to be financially safe.

5. The Z Generation takes responsibility seriously.

Generation Z cares a lot about the environment and the future, so we like to act environmentally friendly. (I will explain this topic in further blogs)
We are always ready to do our part; we  value being responsible, working hard, and being independent, and we look for chances to show what we can do.

6.Some facts about Desi genz

Overall speaking indian gen Zs are little bit different from the genz across the world maybe because of many factors like culture difference, judgemental society,parenting style and list goes on...

Have you ever heard a word Jugaad? Its the favorite word amongst the all igens,- lets try to define jugaad- solving the problem with minimum resources( u can suggest more definition in comments if u have some other)
In short we have a problem solving approach to every situation.
